A student of the University of Debrecen can prove himself at international football matches

DASE football player, 23-year-old Hamza Khan, who studies economics and management at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Debrecen, was invited to join the Pakistani national team.

Pakistan is preparing for its friendlies in March, as well as the South Asian Football Cup and the World Cup qualifiers in the fall.

The young football player can therefore represent the University of Debrecen in international football, demonstrating in public that good students and excellent athletes excel at the institution.

I was very happy when I found out that I was invited to the national team – said Hamza Khan. It didn’t take me long to process that my big dream had come true. I worked very hard for this, I am proud to be given the opportunity and I thank God for it. Continuous development is my goal, I believe that there is always room for improvement. I try to give the best performance at the club level and on the national team. I would also like to thank coach Miklós Kovács, who trusted me and gave me the opportunity to show my skills and improve the shortcomings of my game. Without Miki, the opportunity for the national team might not have been possible

– said the footballer.

The young man’s goals in his university studies are no less than on the football field, he strives for the best there as well: he wants to obtain an excellent diploma or certificate.
