Three cars collided on highway 4, between Debrecen and Ebes. Two people suffered minor injuries but another two were taken to hospital by a rescue helicopter.
According to the information provided by Captain Károly Kovács, a car going from Ebes to Debrecen went to the opposite lane for unknown reasons and collided frontally with an oncoming car, then a third car coming from the direction of Debrecen ran into both of them. The driver who caused the accident and his partner got lightly injured but the blameless driver and another person travelling in the same car were taken to hospital by a rescue helicopter with severe wounds in critical conditions. The passengers of the third car didn’t suffer any injuries.
