For the sixth time, the municipality of Debrecen is joining the worldwide event called Earth Hour organized by the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF).
The aim of Earth Hour is to emphasize the need for cooperation in the battle against global warming. In the spirit of the event, the decorative lighting on the Yellow Church in Debrecen is going to be switched off on 31 March, Saturday, between 8.30 pm and 9.30 pm.
