The building permit for the cargo and logistics buildings at the airport is legally binding now, so the works will start at the end of this month.
According to the plans, the base will be built on 50 thousand sqm for 2015, creating the possibility for air trade. The investment can work out one of the most important regional logistics centre of Eastern and Center Europe in Debrecen. The management of the airport hopes to create new working places.
The first building of the logistics center can be ready in December.
The building of this new cargo base has no bearing on the tender announced for the operation of the airport.
