The delegation of the Akdeniz University has arrived to Debrecen for a one-week visit.
Founded in 1982, the Akdeniz University is similar to the University of Debrecen in many respects, for example its 30 thousand students study in 12 faculties, 3 vocational institutions and 1 conservatory.
The representatives of the Theological, Legal, Art and Medical Faculties are accompanied by a person working in the area of foreign affairs. Following their arrival on 23 May, the guests had discussions with Gábor Turi, international relations director then, together with Cintia Gunda foreign affairs rapporteur they visited the campus at Egyetem Square. Durin their week-long stay they will become acquainted with the Erasmus co-coordinators of the External Relations Center and the Medical and Health Science Center.
The aim of the Erasmus teacher mobility program is to make it possible for the beneficiaries of the program to gain experience that can later be utilized in the home institutions.
