Two people got injured in the fire which broke out in an illegally operated retirement home few days ago.
The fire fighters had to rescue 15 people from 12 Kőfaragó Street. Two people were injured; the injuries of one of them were tended on the spot, the other person was taken to hospital. The retirement home has been operating illegally since 2005 and the authorities are trying to close it in vain. Although a final decision said that the activity has to be suspended with immediate effect and a fine of 800.000 HUF has to be paid, the case still didn’t end because the manager received the decision delayed and still has an opportunity to initiate an administrative lawsuit against the decision.
