Robert Racz, chairman of the departmental assembly became the leader of the Hajdu-Bihar county government department.
The government departments, which are to be formed on 1st January, are designed to provide faster, more efficient and more coordinated administration.
Viktor Orban stated that the leaders of the government departments are to create a precise and friendly state and produce order in a year.
He also said that the leaders should not be surprised if, on assuming their office they would find unimaginable chaos and disorder.
