There will be forbidden to beg in the city center area of Debrecen. The new regulation will prohibit the not violent form of begging.
The "silent begging" worsen the cityscape. The reason is that Debrecen has a wide range of social services with and in addition there are 6 so called "day-warming places" too.
Inside the Grand Boulevard area /Furedi-Nyil-Wesselenyi-Erzsebet-Nyugati-Pesti-Boszormenyi streets/ they going to stop begging.
